I have eaten at many sushi restaurants all over the west coast. And this place is one of the best! The sushi is the freshest I have ever had. The service is fantastic, and the sushi chef's always have something new for you to try. It get's a little crowded on Fridays and Saturdays, but it is well worth the wait. Don't feel like sushi? Well on the other side of the restaurant are teppan tables with very experianced chefs and always grade A meat, fish and poultry. Do not pass this place up just because it is in Valencia.
Pros: Freshest sushi, Great service, Good price
Cons: crowded on weekends
