Ras Kassa is the only ethopian in Boulder, which is better then no ethopian at all. The ambience is terrific, your alway comfortable (if you like sitting on stools, which I do) and everyone is friendly. If your not into real authentic, or are just experimenting, this is good place to start, the injera doesn't seem to be aged long enough and some of the flavors are a bit toned down. The portions aren't huge, but enough to satisfy. Overall, a good experience, but I'd suggest a trip to Denver.
Pros: atmosphere, parking
Cons: crowded (@ times), pricey, for ethopian
