Dunkin Donuts Coffee has no depth or flavor. Since most of their companies are foreign franchised, I find that some of the workers do not understand English. When you ask them a question, they stare at you as if mystified!
I have ordered cookies which are sometimes burnt or have a burnt flavor. A far cry from the old Dukin Donuts we've become accustomed to.
