I like the idea of food to share and this restaurant does offer an interesting atmosphere and heaping portions. However if you don't like spicy food beware. People in my party asked the waitress if she could recommend some dishes that were not spicy, she did and was dead wrong, in fact it seems like nothing on the menu isn't spicy so be warned. Also I think that the mix drink prices are absolutly ridiculous. If memory serves the cheapest is around 7 dollars and they skyrocket from there. Personally, if I would chose a place like Chiang Mai Tai over this place, the atmosphere at Chiang's isn't as great but the selection and value exceed that of Chino Latino.
Pros: atmosphere
Cons: drink prices, menu selection
