I had driven by Pacific Rim several times thinking that it looked truly interesting. Little did I know what was really in store for me.
What I discovered was a fusion of different cuisines that had a distinct Thai basis. For instance, there is a Thai desert that consists of sweet (sticky) rice with a little coconut milk topped with a Thai version of custard. Pacific Rim does their twist and ""fuses"" Thai with French cooking by topping the sweet rice with crème brulée. I was in heaven!
As for the entrees, appetizers, etc., 150 words are not enough to capture the experience. After one visit, I know that I will be going back again and again and again to sample everything on the menu. I can't wait to go back. See you there!!
