Having frequented Ichiban ever since it was in Park City, I have seen this once sushi standard go down hill. The food quality is poor and service arrogant. When I asked what the chef recommended, he acted to busy to even answer my question, and simply said that everything is good like it always is. Well, sadly to say, it was horrible and I did not even finish my meal. While the ambiance and decor is very nice, the sushi is mass produced and very limited in choice.
