I've tried mojitos from Asia de Cuba (which sucks) to small bars in Hollywood. Xiomara's proficient bartenders make a potent blend of bacardi light rum, crushed mint leaves, lime, and freshly ground sugar cane. Definitely worth the 8-9 bucks each grind.
BTW, the food is also delicious.
