I'm sorry, but I just don't see what the HUGE attraction is for people to this place. I mean, sure the prices are great and the menu is pleasantly, unusually small; but, the food itself isn't all that great and to have to wait THAT long for "fast" food is silly.
I can understand the place being crowded when it first opened, but the one on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in North Phoenix has been open for around a year by now (10/13/02) and it is STILL always unbelievably crowded.
Also, the only form of payment they accept is CASH. Hardly any restaurant takes checks any more - that's understandable, but almost EVERY merchant accepts credit cards; these guys don't.
Pros: Cheap eats, Easy menu choice
Cons: CROWDED, No credit cards
