I can never figure out what is that yellow gravy-like substance that Los Cuates uses in every chicken entree. Why must they use any kind of gravy in Mexican food? A burrito doesn't require gravy inside - what is the purpose of it? To stretch the meat, perhaps? If I can't identify it or at the very least, justify its existence, then I ain't eating it.
