Bombay House has the best Indian food I've ever tasted. It compares favorably to Indian Restaurants around the country. It's also a good place for a first introduction to Indian cuisine (ask for the '""mild"" version of a dish and your meal won't be ""hot"" without losing any flavor: something that can be hard to achieve). The service is amazing: both attentive and non-intrusive. The atmosphere is both elegant and relaxed. Bombay House is far and away my favorite restaurant in Utah!
