Out of the places that have come & gone and the ones that that have changed over the years, The Bristol is one of the few left I really like in Louisville. Like many patrons, I also go weekly. Service is always top notch and professional. Turnover among the staff is very low. No one is treated better than anybody else. The food is always excellent and very filling. The clientele is classy, not pretentious. Customers don't to go to ""people watch"", but to actually enjoy a good meal. What a concept! For those who miss Pasquales and The Hungry Pelican, this should be your choice to dine out.
