It's unfortunate that this gem of an Italian restaurant does not have a beer and wine license. Each one of their specialty dinners, terrific themselves, would be that much more enhanced with a sip of vino. But based on the restaurant's longevity at this location, the regulars don't mind the absence of alcohol. Eggplant lasagna and Gnocci are wonderful. Linguine with clam sauce is superb. Pizza...even though surrounded by nationally franchised pizza stores, Ferlito's continues to push hundreds out the back door each week. The locals know this quality; and have for years.
Pros: A great meal, Inexpensive, Local
Cons: No bar
