This repair shop, its name and its customer database were bought in September. I had my clutch fixed at the repair shop in August. I brought the car back to Metropolitan Motors due to a faulty clutch in October. The new owners had my repair record in their computer but said they would not take responsibility for faulty work done by the previous owner. As a consumer I feel betrayed since this man bought the business and the potential business of the returning customers in the database. I paid $500 for a new clutch 2 months ago at this business which is still using the same Bureau of Auto Repair number on their receipts and they would like me to pay that amount again to have another new one put in.
