After picking my clothes up from Montecito Cleaners, I was very dissatisfied. A pair of my pants were wrinkled and my silk shirt had black marks on the front. I went back to the cleaners and showed them the silk shirt. I explained that these marks were not on the shirt when I brought it in for cleaning and asked them to clean the shirt again. To my surprise the woman working there was extremely rude to me. She asked me how old I was...as if to question my ability to recognize a new stain on an expensive shirt. Being a 25 year old professional woman, I was very surprised at the customer service I received. Montecito Cleaners has completly lost my business. The quality of their cleaning is very poor and their cutomer service is horrific. If you care about your clothing do not take it to Montecito Cleaners.
