IHOP is not just for breakfast. I go there for lunch.... sometimes for breakfast food, sometimes not. Either way, it is good, although I feel the portions are too big. I get the kid's meals, and they are the perfect size, but I am unhappy that they charge an extra dollar just because I'm an adult.
