My wife and I went to dinner with some friends the other night and I had not personally heard much about Tiburon.
Everything was first rate!! I ordered the Elk tenderloin with mushroom duxcel and garlic mashed potatoes and my wife had Swordfish picatta (one of the specials). Our meals included and salad and sorbet. The salad was tossed greans with a walla walla onion and celery sead viagrette. It was the best meal I have ever had in Utah and rivals restaurants anywhere in the country. The presentations were absolutely beautiful. I wanted to take pictures, but couldn't stop eating because everything was so delicious. This restaurant is a real gem and I am excited to go back. For anyone who likes very interesting food that taste great, Tiburon is a must.
