A $13 (6 oz.) filet was good but way overpriced for lunch. They use a lot of black pepper and it is a good thing I like it. I still say I can make a better steak than any I have had but have never eaten at Prime, Bones, or Chops. One thing I did notice about this Longhorn's, it was run by very professional greeters/hosts/waitpersons. As soon as you walk in the door, the wireless headphoned greeter says it will be just a minute. Sure enough, we were seated in less than a minute. Our waitress (and others) seemed extremely friendly. It's a very good atmosphere with good service but not worth the price of lunch.
Pros: friendly service, good mid priced steak, trinket city interior
