If you live in the Baltimore area and have not been to Moxley's yet, you are missing out. I recommend getting a double scoop and trying 2 flavors. They're "mojo" is the best cookies & cream I have ever had, hands down. Breyer's does not compare. My 2nd flavor was "ghost white chip." If you like white chocolate, this is the flavor for you. The white chocolate chips are very rich tasting. Also, from a very reliable source (in my opinion), the pistachio is amazing. Great place to take a date.
