Other: Auto Body Repair I used Carstar in Fitchburg Ma to work on my Mercury Mountaineer and I have to say that they did a great job. My brother borrowed my car and ended backing up into a tree bending my bumper and damaging the brackets underneath. They scheduled an appointment for me and set up a rental to pick me up when I dropped off the car. The repair took 4 days they told me 4/5 days on the repair because of possibly needing additional parts & pieces. When I picked up the car they had all the paperwork read.
