Was thinking about buying a Jag or Land rover. Settled on a Jag XJR, which was delivered two weeks ago. I have a great deal of experience with car sales. Never have I ever received such good service for a first purchase. I never felt I was being taken advantage of. Only once did the salesman have to check with his manager and that was in regard to a special order for a specific paint color that would not normally be available. Got an extremely great price with which I feel very comfortable. After sales, so far, is great. Am not expecting that to change. They really pamper you, spoil you and make you feel that you are important to them. The physical building of Rosenthal tyson's Jaguar(showrooms and service center) is also one of the nicest I have seen. Overall - great experience. Oh, the car is phenomenal also.
