I left NJ over 15 years ago. Anytime I go back, I have to stop at Rudy's for an antipasto salad and a calzone.
The perfect blend of cheeses, the layers of thinly sliced ham, and the perfectly crispy shell all combine with the great tasting sauce to make an unforgettable meal.
Everytime I get a calzone elsewhere, I ask myself if it lives up to Rudy's. I have yet to find one that does.
