I never actually have contract with this landlord but I have seen many of its apts and they are beautiful!! I don't live there because the price is not beautiful at all. The one bedroom apt must be more than $500 a month. The landlord is good though. I haven't checked its record with the tenant union for couple years but as far as I know, it is free from complaints.
