It is a fair company. Nothing good or bad. The good thing is they once had a promotion which allowed me to have a good plan for free months. But similar to other company, they also charge a lot for any change of service. $19 was the min last year. Don't know if it is increased for this year. The office people there were not very friendly when I went to there couple year ago.
