For a long time I have been needing a new carage door opener. Sometimes mine would work and sometimes it wouldn't. Sometimes it would just go up all by itself whenever it wanted to and I would have to bang on it to get it to go down sometimes. It was becoming such a pain that I decided it was finally time to go for it and get a new one. Sears did a great job installing my new opener. I went there and bought it and set up a time for them to come install it. They did a very good job and I am very happy with them.
