No Pressure, Easy to Deal with Dealer 8/4/2005

After an exhaustive look to replace our Jeep that had been totalled in an accident, we came to Landmark and were totally surprised by their no pressure, customer oriented service. They asked if they could help us and when we told them we were just looking, they left us alone! We were able to find what we were looking for and then when we needed their assistance, they immediately offered it. We told them immediately that what we were willing to pay and asked to see the dealer invoice. We had trouble at other Jeep Dealers with this request, but the Sales Manager had no qualms at all about letting us see the invoice and negotiating a price from there. It was a pain free experience and within half an hour of negotiating a price, we left with asigned contract for a vehicle to be picked up the next day. They offered to finance, but we'd already gotten a loan with our Credit Union. There was no pressure to get an extended warranty, the sealant and all the extras that normally come with an auto sale. Our salesman called early the next morning to let us know that our car was ready and when we arrived it was waiting for us with a full tank of gas, touch up paint and they even gave us the Jeep branded floormats we'd been contemplating purchasing. Overall, no pressure+great prices=very happy customers who will be back again! more
