We took our van to this repair shop to get it's water pump replaced. They did a good job, but almost overcharged us. I had to mention that I was told it wouldn't be that expensive. Upon further inspection, the receptionist asked the mechanic who said that they did not need one of the products they had charged us for. It was taken care of without much fuss, though. They have been recommended to us by another mechanic we know. The price was a little steep. Also, their driveway has LOTS of potholes, so if you have a low car, you may want to try a different place. Knowing that the mechanics are recommended by other mechanics is a big plus, though.
