You need an appointment here - you generally can't just drop your car off whenever you want. And it can take a week or two to get an appointment. But when they have the car, they get to it almost immediately and will service your vehicle right away.
Their billing department needs to be more careful - they did make a mistake on my bill and although they quickly corrected it, they would not have done so on their own - so watch your bills carefully if you go here.
