Ruth's Chris Steak House, a block away from the waterfront, is a bit of an icon in the Annapolis area. Their famous steaks are succulent and practically melt in your mouth, but for the price you pay, I'd rather try grillind them at home. They have, hands down, the best creamed spinach I have ever tasted. Everything there is a la carte which significantly adds to the total of your bill. If you aren't prepared to spend over $100 on dinner for two, I would not recommend Ruth's Chris for dinner, but if you are looking for a special, romantic evening and cost isn't a factor, give them a try.
