I was turned onto Nichi Bei Kai by a friend of mine and have been a loyal patron since then. The regal atmosphere of this restaurant sets is apart from many other Japanese restaurants I have been to in the past. The highly trained chefs prepare your food directly in front of you while performing an array of tricks (my personal favorite is the onion volcano). Their sushi has won numerous awards which does not come as a surprise. They cater to larger groups, and even have private areas for such customers.
