I want to stay on Judy's good side so using her review etiquette here we go.
Service - I really felt like the service was what separated Sunrise from other dealers I have been to. They were knowledgeable and gave me the information I needed without trying to push anything in a different direction.
Price - I only went to one other dealership and the prices seemed very comparable, of course I only negotiated with Sunrise, I imagine the other dealer would have come down a little in price as well.
Quality - Overall very good experience and so far so go with my used car - oops my bad pre-driven car.
Competence - They knew what was up and were fairly organized every step of the way.
Fun Factor - I don't really enjoy the car buying process but I suppose they made it as easy as possible.
Usefulness - I needed a car quick so I suppose the answer would be Yes.
Selections - They had a large selection of used cars in my price range which was nice. Also the types of cars were pretty broad which is nice since I didn't really go in with a mindset of I am going to but a certain make/model. I went in thinking maybe some sort of Chevy and ended up driving out in a BMW.
