I took my Buick into Covert Buick for some repair work that needed to be done. Since it was warranty work, I had to wait until the dealership looked at the car before was set up with a rental car, and told it would take a couple of days. After being told my car would be ready in 3-4 days, my car took 9 days and me driving 30 minutes across town to get done. I even had to argue with the manager to get a loaner car when Coverts screw up led to my rental car coverage running out. (they were ordering salvage parts that were broken 3 of them) The service was way too slow.
