I moved to Falcon Ridge Apartments after much apartment hunting in South Austin. The staff there worked with me to get a great rate for an apartment, making sure I got the best price for my money. They gave me 2 free months, plus a huge discount on my rent for signing a longer lease. The facilities are great, a hot tub, pool, laundry facilities, and weight/media rooms. The covered parking is affordable, and the views seem like you are in the Hill Country instead of right off the highway.
