Bad: Purchased a fridge for my mother November 08. Freezer quits working June 5 09. Call Sears for service and the serviceman says he's not authorized to fix it. Call Sears 800 number and they have no record of sale. Call Sears Hutch and they also say they have no record of Sale. After showing cancelled check, they tell me to call Sears on Monday. Service reps comes on Tues and says it needs to be replaced. Say's I will get a call the next day. Now Friday, 2 weeks since problem began and no call. What a joke.. Improvements: Total refund. After 30 years of buying ONLY Kenmore, I'll never buy them again.. more
