Don't buy anything here unless you are sure you really want it. I keep telling my husband to stop buying things from this place. I don't know how many times he has to get burnt , hopefully this will be the last for him. I've never seen any place so strict on returns. I'd rather shop at Sears or Walmart.
They are always happy to replace a product. I called best buy to please let me have an extension on a return due to a death in my family. They are so cold hearted its like forget it. Doesn't matter to them the policy is the policy. I have electronics in a box I have never used from them that were given to me as gifts that they refused to take back. Most places will give you a gift card or something. Best Buy gives you nothing. I don't think the prices are that great I mean you can do better at Walmart or Sears and I'm sure countless other places. I asked to speak to the manager and you would not believe the run around they gave me. I think my husband has learned a valuable lesson and neither one of us will be doing any shopping whatsoever over there. They have to be the worst in customer satisfaction.
