Verizon wireless is a terrible phone service. They claim to be the best. Best at what I don't really know.
I've had nothing but problems with my phone since I first got it and signed my rip off contract. It constantly drops calls on me and charges for every second of use like the minutes are going even when the phone is ringing. I have dialed national 411 and have had it drop the call without getting the information and them slamming my bill with an extra fee. In order to get a bill in the mail it cost 1.99 per phone. I constantly have to have my phone updated and the line is long and it takes them forever to get anything done. The only thing they offer is free nights and weekends after 9pm, but watch the roaming fees and other cell phone charges that will show up on your bill 90 days later.
The usage detail comes in very slow that is usually very late after the bill is posted. Notice they have your minutes but they can't tell you where the calls went. My free phone is junk. I hate this long contract and can't wait til its over with. I would never recommend Verizon to anyone. I have used Verizon in a couple of different states and its always the same problem. Dropping calls and being charged for them. They are like that commercial where you see the people screaming when you get your bill. Many hidden charges and such. Whenever you go into the store it takes forever to get anything done and the waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. Its as bad as going to the DMV.
