Spare and baby back ribs that are slow smoked over live hickory of over 4 hours come with a delicious tomato based sauce they make daily. They are the best I ever had! They have 7 different sauces to choose from including a North Carolina Sauce, South Carolina sauce, and a North Alabama white sauce that is fantastic with their smoked chicken dishes.
