We just took our new puppy in for her first visit a couple of weeks ago and we have been so impressed with the staff here! We actually found out about them from an ad they placed in our local newspaper and decided to go with them because they have extended hours.
The staff is very friendly. As new pet owners, they took the time to really listen to and answer our questions. They did a thorough exam on our puppy and were so good and gentle with her. They provided us with a bunch of free food samples as well as all kinds of information for new puppy owners dealing with what to expect and training. They also gave us a list of recommended check-ups and vaccinations.
The day after our puppy's visit, one of the veterinarians called to check up on her and see how she was doing and also to ask if we had any questions. I was shocked by this! My daughter's pediatrician doesn't even do this! We have since gotten follow up information from them in the mail about caring for new puppies. They definitely go above and beyond!
