I was introduced to Bruchi's by a friend of mine. I went to visit her, and she took me there, and I was hooked. I lobbied to get them to franchise a location out to the area where I lived (which was out of state), and would go there every time I went to visit! They have yummy cheesesteaks, and you can also get them made with chicken. They will also "personalize them" so I like to add things like mushrooms. When I lived in Vancouver, I would eat them at least once a week and when I go back to visit now, my friend (who introduced me to them in the first place) doesn't even have to ask about where we're going to lunch - it's a given! This will seriously be the BEST cheesesteak you have EVER eaten!
