Equity Title recently handled the closing when we sold our home. Our realtor set up the closing, and they did a decent job, but there were a few setbacks. First, they didn't get the payoff amount for our loan prior to the closing. Also, they wrote down the wrong bank account # for our wire transfer, which led to a delay in us receiving our proceeds from the sale. But, the staff is very friendly and they did help us out when some issues came up after the sale of our home regarding the title.
