When I considered going to Scovill Children's Zoo, I was afraid that it wouldn't measure up to the memories that I had of it, which were 30 years old!
I needn't have worried. It was all it had used to be, and more! They still have exotic animals, and the macaw. They have a petting zoo, that is greatly expanded, and they still have the train.
They also have a great wooden maze, climbing thing in the front that will amuse even tired, cranky kids on a hot day!
Maybe I'll make it an annual tradition to go.
