My wife and I worked with Woodstream on a house remodel gone wrong. We discovered unexpected foundation and soil issues *after* the roof was off, leading to a cascading series of delays, water damage (due to rain) and related cost overruns. Although the project wound up being larger and more complex than Woodstream was really prepared for, they did a commendable job of working through the problems in a fair and consistent way. I don't think they're equally good at every aspect of residential construction or project management, but they're stand-up folks who care about both doing good work and maintaining good client relationships, and I'd work with them again.
