Hilda's Pastries, located in downtown Auburn, is home to some of the finest pastries around!!!! They have some of the most requested specialty pastries, and special flavors of cake that are unique to Hilda's!! You have to order early if you want something made up ahead of time. They are not open all day long, so you need to be aware of their working hours. That being said, you still can't beat a Hilda's pink champagne cake!! Totally delicious!! Pricey, but worth every bite!!
