Churchill Downs Sports Spectrum in an Off Track Betting facility owned by Churchill Downs. My husband and I have visited here the past two years to place bets on the Kentucky Derby. On those days, we did have to pay admission. They were very busy also. But it was better than having to deal with the weather and the major crowds at the track.
