I have not had a great experience with them. After several attempts at getting a sitting with one of their advisors ,we did have a just satisfactory discussion about our financial options, but subsequently we did not hear from him at all. This was a complimentary sitting offered through the Costco membership- never heard from the gentleman again ( he insisted on us joining him initially and we had deferred asking to call a couple of weeks later after we returned from vacation) We never received the 50$ complimentary gift card from them either. Repeated attempts at contact failed. If this is the level of commitment, I don't really see how I can trust my finances in these hands.
