My daughter attended the day care center at the JCC as an infant and we were very happy with the quality of care we got. The staff is very experienced and friendly. They provide a safe and warm environment, child/teacher ratio is very low. The only disadvantage is that it is a little more expensive than comparable daycare centers. They are closed on all Jewish holidays though, that might be a problem for people with busy schedules.
