One day my rear view mirror just fell onto the floor. I'm not sure why - it just happened. I had no idea what to do (it had wires for the light too) - so I stopped by Auto Glass Specialists without even making an appointment. One of the guys asked if I could wait just a couple of minutes, and then 2 of them came out and fixed it and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me anything for it and they were super nice. On top of that, it was a bit rainy too. I'm very impressed and will definitely go back to them for any glass needs.
