So I called an hour or two in advance to let them know the EXACT route: pick-up, drop-off locations and distance (2.5 miles). I confirm I want the service later on in the afternoon and get an estimate of 30 min. I take a break from work to meet the tow guy.
30 mins: nothing
45 mins: I call them and the woman says "they are 15 min away."
1 hour: I call again. "He's on his way and should be there any minute."
He finally got there TWO HOURS LATER and it turns out he was 30 MILES AWAY AND THE COMPANY LIED TO ME ABOUT HIM BEING CLOSE BY. I tell them they need to give me a $5 discount or something to compensate for the lying. I'm told I got a good rate and they won't even do $5. I was lied to by these people for an hour and a half where they knew the driver was NOWHERE close when I could have stayed at work and came out when he was actually there.
Don't give your money to these liars.
