I always go to Appliance Village when I want honest, professional service. I used to go to chains and I soon realized that their employees do not typically know very much about specific products. My husband and I went into Appliance Village to buy a washer and a dryer and the employee had been there for several years and really knew the product. He was able to give us useful information and even negotiate about the price since we were buying 2 large items. We will be buying a dishwasher and soon and we will go back to Appliance Village.
