KEM cleaners didn't do a great job with my clothes. I got them back missing buttons. Then, when I brought it to the clerk's attention, she pulled out this huge box of buttons and put it in front of me to go through. I had no time to do this. I tried to sift through them as fast as I could but then just gave up and left. Before I left she insinuated that they came in without the button there. I was so annoyed by the whole experience and don't think I would ever go there again.
