I had a skiing injury in February. My medial miniscus tore. My doctor was great. He sent me for physical therapy to try to conservatively treat the tear before jumping right into surgery. After that didn't work, I had arthroscopy. The doctor was great. He came in after the surgery and told me what he found. Then followed up with me at home (by phone). He was very professional and courteous. My knee is good as new today. The only thing I didn't like is that we waited so long before finally calling it quits on the Physical therapy. My injury was in february and I had surgery the end of May. I was very frustrated and fed up by that time. Other than that, they were great.
